Our Team

As a Founding and Managing Partner, Mr. Arshad has been instrumental in establishing Bellwether as a top-tier advisory firm with an impeccable track record and unmatched service delivery. With proficiency in International Financial Reporting Standards, International Accounting Standards, and taxation laws, he leads the accounts and taxation advisory segments of the firm. By qualification, Mr. Arshad is a Business Graduate with a majors in finance. His extensive exposure and experience in manufacturing, NGOs (Development sector), telecom, construction and service sector organizations spans over a decade.

Mr. Aizaz, being one of the founding members, holds with him more than 10 years of experience in corporate compliance, legal frameworks, business development and capital raising. Given his vast experience and extensive network of contacts, Mr. Aizaz has been instrumental in arranging equity and debt finance for major clients and providing negotiation support in complex transactions on the national and international fronts. Mr. Aizaz has led transactions from inception up to success, especially in the petroleum, logistics and construction sectors. Mr. Aizaz is a business graduate with a major in finance.

Mr. Usman is a seasoned performance-driven professional with more than 10 years of progressive and diverse experience in all facets of accounting, financial reporting, ERP implementation, budgeting/ financial management, internal controls and compliance, SOX404/ COSO compliance, and auditing. By qualification, Mr. Usman is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) (Deloitte, Pakistan.)

Mr. Zain is a well-respected financial consultant with more than 7 years of experience directing financial operations and multi-million-dollar investment portfolios for organizations. He has experience in overseeing third-party vendor relationships, including Big 4 accounting firms, outside counsel, rating agencies, and accounting and tracking systems. By qualification, Mr. Zain is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) (Deloitte, Pakistan.) Mr. Zain was awarded ICAP Professional excellence award for handling the project of MTBC IPO over NASDAQ, USA Stock Exchange

Mr. Usman is the Manager Taxation with more than 8 years of diversified hands-on experience in Business Tax Services and Auditing across various industries. He is an expert in handling Federal and Provincial taxation matters of companies, individuals, Associations of persons, residents and amp; non-residents. He is renowned for impeccable handling of taxation matters and cases before Commissioner Inland Revenue, Commissioner (Appeals) and Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue. His clientele spans various sectors including energy, oil and gas, telecommunication, Information technology, importers and exporters, residents and non-residents. He is also very well familiar with all types of auditing techniques and methodologies.

Mr. Azam acts as Assistant Manager Corporate Compliance at Bellwether Consulting. He carries extensive experience working as a Support Executive at SECP. He is well equipped with all processes of business registration, post-registration and compliance at SECP, FBR and Registrar of Firms. His expertise is not limited to handling Corporate and Secretarial affairs of companies registered with SECP and other Government departments but also includes registrations, regularizations and renewals of entities with different regulatory bodies.

Mr. Zayyad is an Accounting and Finance professional working as Manager Assurance and Advisory at Bellwether Consulting. He has over 3 years of experience working at KPMG. He has extensive knowledge in the documentation of internal policies and procedures including Standard Operating Protocols of departments. He is adept at working through financial information to prepare financial models and forecasts, budgeting, feasibility reports, business proposals and layout plans for startups. His field of expertise also includes testing of operating effectiveness of Internal controls and setting up the Financial Reporting Framework of startups and ongoing concerns. He helps create sustainable change by stimulating innovation and navigating risk and regulatory complexity to create a competitive advantage.
